Lynette is an amazing therapist! I was slightly hesitant as to if hypnotherapy would work. Now I can't recommend her enough! I felt like I was listened to without being judged for my problems & insecurities. I felt comfortable and safe throughout all of my appointments and I've learnt so much about myself & my body. I can't thank Lynette enough for guiding me through this journey. Thankyou :)
I went to Lynette for help with weight loss. I am now slowly and steadily releasing the weight which is great! Lynette also helped with some personal emotional challenges and I now realize these issues are all a part of my weight issues. I have had four sessions with Lynette and feel really good, much happier, healthier and lighter. Lynette is a lovely, caring lady, I highly recommend her.
Lynette is a great Hypnotherapist, I'd had great difficulty quitting smoking. After the first visit I had noticeably less cravings, by my second visit I had quit altogether, Highly recommended.
Last month I had two hypnosis sessions with Lynette King. Both of the issues she worked on were very deep seated and had resisted multiple attempts by other practitioners using a wide variety of modalities. Although I believe in hypnosis and have experienced it many times with various therapists I have never had a result with it before now. And I have over 50 hypnosis CD's in my own collection which I have used multiple times with no noticeable effect either.
