After a package of 5 hypnosis sessions with the goal to.overcome my life-long eating disorder (eating in secret, too big portions, eating without being hungry, etc) I feel much better now, and I am not nearly as tempted to overeat or eat to.pass time or instead of doing something else. I already dropped a few pounds and I am confident that I can finally achieve a healthy weight.
