I told them I was a bit stuffy in the nose with a slight sore throat and asked them if they’d prefer that I reschedule my appointment. Got a response that they will cancel it and take a $29 cancellation fee out of my deposit. How is that fair? I didn’t cancel my own appointment, they did. I can’t help that I’m sick. Wouldn’t recommend
I waited 4 years to have a massage with Calming Concepts and it did not disappoint. My massage was a wonderful experience. Everything was very thoughtful and intentional. I was made to feel very comfortable and the environment was very clean and professional.
