Calmer U is a little slice of heaven. I have been going there for their wonderful massages for the past 5 years. This past visit last month was a bit different. I was in excruciating pain. I have bone on bone arthritis in my left knee. The knee pain causes me to walk differently, and the rest of my body compensates, throwing everything off and causing pain everywhere. I was very underwhelmed. The massage was very hard though I asked for a lighter touch. she tried but I guess that's her style. The facial was terrible and done in the dark, no extractions or warm towel during either. Very basic setting & service.
