Truck drivers be aware! This was our experience with them: 1. They asked driver to stay in the truck while they secure and tarp the load 2. From outside, the tarping looked good so the driver drove to delivery 3. Receiver reported damage due to strapping and tarping 4. Shipper filed the claim on our cargo insurance even they strapped and tarped it themselves. Our insurance paid the claim. We would never risk to take such kind of loads again.
