This place has everything. I wouldn’t consider it an optional stop on your vacation but a must. Jen was absolutely fantastic. I went in for a sunburn treatment (highly recommend their healing balm) and she was so personable and made me feel right at home. Not to mention she added a scalp massage because we had extra time. Jen was the best!
Receptionist was rude
We had a couples massage, Himalayan stone and CBD sports massage the cbd was not anything special. The massages themselves were good. However my therapist did not ask me what I liked or if I had problem areas. They did not explain everything well. They do not tell you gratuity is included . So already we paid 375 and then my total was 500$. I like to tip based on the service I was provided. They were good but I wouldn’t not of given 125.00 tip. That’s insane. I definitely would not do it again. That’s way too pricey.
The spa is beautiful and quiet and my massage was amazing done by Jennifer! I don’t treat myself often to this even though I work at a spa back at home. I was really nervous trying it because the front desk girl Sonia was not friendly at all and not informative about the spa, she never mentioned the tip was automatically included, she didn’t let me know I couldn’t bring a swimsuit for the hot tub! I’m so glad at least the massage was not disappointing.
If you are pregnant visiting Duck Key, you NEED a prenatal massage from Joyce. She was so professional and courteous. A true healer.
