If you are postpartum I highly recommend the closing of the bones treatment with Lucille from The Calm Studio. This was one of the most meaningful massage experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Lucille. She is professional and so down to earth, she listens and makes you feel so comfortable, she accommodates yours and your baby’s needs. My baby was so relaxed and enjoyed his massage. I felt like she knew what she was doing during my massage and was gentle or firm when needed. Atmosphere was calm and toasty all while it was cold and raining outside. If you’re thinking of booking do it!

I recently had a post partum massage which was made even more special by the fact that I could bring my baby and book her in for a massage too. It was a really wholesome experience and we both left feeling super relaxed. We’ll definitely be back and I’ve already recommended this to a lot of my mum friends!

I found out about Calm Massage and Wellness through a gift voucher. It’s rare to find a service that caters to women’s wellness, cycle and massage. I had an Indian hair oil massage and received some gentle insights from Lucille.
