The SLT 'Calm in Nature' day was a truly refreshing experience. Spending time outdoors reminded us of how beneficial nature is for our overall wellbeing. Kate was fantastic in helping us tune into nature, showing us how simple exercises can help manage stress and better understand the stress cycle. Kate was a delight to work with. The staff all loved the seated acupressure massage/hand massages and we would definitely use Kate again for our next wellbeing day.
