I bought a Groupon and had trouble getting in touch with the owner from the beginning. She didn't respond to the contact form on her website, or to calls. I had to text her repeatedly to book an appointment. When I showed up at the agreed on time, her spa was locked and nobody was inside! I called and texted her repeatedly and never received any response, so I left. Still don't know what happened. Groupon gave me my money back, but you can bet I won't be booking again. I had an amazing first facial experience with Iesha. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with me. Due to a family emergency, I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and she was so kind and understanding about it. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed—and I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! Highly recommend!
