I bought a Groupon and had trouble getting in touch with the owner from the beginning. She didn't respond to the contact form on her website, or to calls. I had to text her repeatedly to book an appointment. When I showed up at the agreed on time, her spa was locked and nobody was inside! I called and texted her repeatedly and never received any response, so I left. Still don't know what happened. Groupon gave me my money back, but you can bet I won't be booking again.
