We had a great time at the spa. Its expensive but reading other reviews I am not sure what else you would expect going to a luxurious hotel. Massage was great and relaxing. If you didnt receive the right pressure or areas were "left out" then obviously you cant speak. I have nothing but positive to say about my spa experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
Excellent massage and facial, and the glass of champagne at the end was a lovely touch. Quiet/waiting room could be more comfortable with better furniture, soft music…
