I went for a massage and although the facility has potential I feel a lot of things lack. You head to locker room to change into a robe which is great, but then walk back towards the front desk for the waiting area. The lounge shouldn’t be at the entrance. The waiting room is with the door open, no beds to lay down and chill, and very average for the price point. A lovely place right on the 2nd floor of The Equestrian Hotel! So clean, bright and inviting! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I did not get a spa treatment there, only came in to purchase larger bottles (to take home) of the delicious smelling body lotion, body wash and shampoo I so much enjoyed while being a guest in one of the beautiful rooms at The Equestrian Hotel. Highly recommend! My husband and I always love it there and enjoyed our time.
I was pleasantly surprised with a spa day from my hubby. Massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Each service 80 minutes long. Their attention to detail, comfort, therapy, and care for their fellow humans is outstanding. I would especially like to thank the pedicure and manicure specialist. We struck a great rapport and I would like her to know that I have the Mother of Lourdes card she gave me placed on my vanity.
We had a great time at the spa. Its expensive but reading other reviews I am not sure what else you would expect going to a luxurious hotel. Massage was great and relaxing. If you didnt receive the right pressure or areas were "left out" then obviously you cant speak. I have nothing but positive to say about my spa experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.
