Absolutely the worst software program I have worked with, and awful customer service. Started at a dealership 3 months ago and CallRevu was implemented the moment I got there, and we have had nothing but terrible issues (AI call summaries wrong, texting not arriving until hours or days later, texting conversations grouped together for multiple people into one thread where we can't see who is talking to who, calls dropped, calls not received, and on and on and on).
