When they are TotalCX the support is already bad enough. After merging as CallRevu the support is complete total waste. Sending many emails and none response. I am not sure if they really can stay in business for long with this kind of service support. I am current client and this is one of worse telecom service i've ever deal with.
I have been receiving calls from them for MONTHS and wish that they would stop harassing citizens going about their everyday lives!
Horrible to use software that I have had the displeasure of my job downgrading to. I wish we could go back to using GoTo - it did not crash multiple times a day and it did not slow down my ability to work by constantly loading and closing texts before I can send them. GoTo never made it take over ten minutes to get a single text sent. Awful.
Terrible company to work for when they took over totalcx. Worked for them a year and a half before I was let go this month for “misconduct” shortly after maternity leave with absolutely no evidence on their part as well as letting 2 others go for the same reason (seems rather fishy to me). Their systems suck constantly logging you out. HR doesn’t seem to know federal laws regarding FMLA, etc. management is rude, two faced and not supportive often leaving team members needing to figure out problems on their own with no respon... read more
horrible click to call service, the only thing worse is their customer service department. once I got through the strenuous AI bot, they connected me to a "Live rep" that didn't respond for 20 minutes. Probably because the amount of issues they have exceeds the reps they have to deal with them.
