Currently "working" with them as a third party vendor and they are consistently brushing off our issue with our mutual client. This is not only costing us money, but the mutual customer as well. No regard to have the issue fixed either. Account Manager Stephanie Perez doesn't seem to want to update requests from her accounts very frequently at all.
Calls are constantly being dropped, dead air, and almost impossible to pass. Great idea but a waste of time.
They have the best customer support team I have ever experienced! Quick response, solve problems quickly, answer questions, and follow-up!!
