horrible click to call service, the only thing worse is their customer service department. once I got through the strenuous AI bot, they connected me to a "Live rep" that didn't respond for 20 minutes. Probably because the amount of issues they have exceeds the reps they have to deal with them.
Just tried to get aboard with the company,, Sucks,, don't bother. The sales guy does not have a voice mail set up, so how am I suppose to get a hold of him<
Currently "working" with them as a third party vendor and they are consistently brushing off our issue with our mutual client. This is not only costing us money, but the mutual customer as well. No regard to have the issue fixed either. Account Manager Stephanie Perez doesn't seem to want to update requests from her accounts very frequently at all.
Calls are constantly being dropped, dead air, and almost impossible to pass. Great idea but a waste of time.
