Used to be a good place for ordering things. No so this year. Placed an order back in JULY 2019...It is now OCT 2019 - still haven't received the order. Tried to call many times, get the recording that the mail box is full. I've also emailed a few times and did their customer chat. No one answers. Like the other reviews, I was charged for an item but never received it. They don’t send order confirmations, respond to emails, or answer the phone. I recommend not ordering from Calloway House.

Unfortunately, I've had the same experience as others. Placed an order, credit card was charged, haven't received it. I've called and emailed and cannot get anyone to respond. Stealing from teachers--a new low.

Is this company still in business? I have placed an order in July, credit card was charged, have not received items. Have been calling for 10 days and have never once spoken to a person. Been on hold 30 minutes at a time everytime I have called.

Same situation as many other. Placed an order, credit card was charged, but items were never received. Phones and fax numbers don't work and no response from e-mails.
