We’ve been using Damion and his team for a few years now, and after trying multiple designated driving services over the past 12 years, Call Me DD is hands down our top choice. They’re professional, reliable, and capable of handling all vehicles when we need them. I am so amazed with this company!!! We tried the one we’ve always known last minute however they didn’t have availability until 2:30am for new years. My fiance called this company and they were able to get us reserved for a 1:30/1:45 pick up time at such last minute, and then when I booked it under my name the lady who my fiance originally called messaged him back to make sure it was him that booked to ensure he got his time slot - that to me is above and beyond. Me and my wife pre-booked (about a week in advance) this service to bring us home from OUR wedding on Sept 20th at 1:30am. At about 1:15am I received a text that they were running behind, bummer but oh well. They showed up at around 1:45am, with one driver for 2 vehicles (our friends had booked the same service). The driver stated that they were running short that night, and did not have another driver for the second vehicle (completely different booking and trip). We hired this service for our wedding. The earlier crew from 10:00 - 12:00 was great but as the night went on and a new team showed up we were disappointed. I called the day of my wedding to confirm everything and paid to extend the service to 3:00am but the drivers acted like this was a last minute request. The driver taking my guests had to clean garbage out of his car before they could even get in and they didn’t want to set anything down it was so dirty. This was a very confusing and disorganized service - at the end of the night we spent about 20 minutes talking to the drivers about whether they were driving us in their car or our car. We had wanted to take our car home. We ended up taking their car.. which was extremely dirty, garbage everywhere. The whole point of the service was to get our car home… so it was confusing as to why the whole thing was so confusing! While they were quite friendly, it all felt a bit disorganized.
