“looking after your financial needs so you don’t have to.” is far from the truth! Greatly disappointed with this company and their lack of attentiveness to their customers. Untimely and unacceptable!
I had hired this company in 2023, and apparently they’re only good at sending me completely inaccurate tax filings , (which had food smeared all of over every single one) and they only sent me documents three times before they just stopped replying to me. Then the freaking IRS sent me a notice for $294,733.52! They didn’t do anything they said they did, every time I go to the office they lock the doors and run to the back. She completely screwed me and my business.
This woman destroyed my bosses company and several others I know of and I’m still waiting for documents from 2023 from her. Disgraceful
We’ve been waiting all year for our property owner statements and we keep getting the run around. Now we are 2 quarters behind with our books as a result and can’t get an answer as to when we will receive them. Even if you are waiting for information, you could stay in touch and offer some customer service. This is a replay of last year. So bottom tier.
