Took my taxes in April 15. They said they would file extension. When I hadn’t heard from them after extended time I called office and messages and no one called back. I called until person answered and they said all was good, extension was filed and they would notify me when taxes complete and said I am not in a hurry just want to make sure extension was filed and they get them complete. “looking after your financial needs so you don’t have to.” is far from the truth! Greatly disappointed with this company and their lack of attentiveness to their customers. Untimely and unacceptable!
I had hired this company in 2023, and apparently they’re only good at sending me completely inaccurate tax filings , (which had food smeared all of over every single one) and they only sent me documents three times before they just stopped replying to me. Then the freaking IRS sent me a notice for $294,733.52! They didn’t do anything they said they did, every time I go to the office they lock the doors and run to the back. She completely screwed me and my business.
