Don’t go here they don’t work professionally when you need something they will ignore you for weeks on end I have been trying to get ahold of the owner and business for weeks now and every time I go to the business it’s closed never open super unprofessional they don’t care about the customer

Took my taxes in April 15. They said they would file extension. When I hadn’t heard from them after extended time I called office and messages and no one called back. I called until person answered and they said all was good, extension was filed and they would notify me when taxes complete and said I am not in a hurry just want to make sure extension was filed and they get them complete. “looking after your financial needs so you don’t have to.” is far from the truth! Greatly disappointed with this company and their lack of attentiveness to their customers. Untimely and unacceptable!
