My husband and I were in the market for new dining chairs. We walked into Calligaris in Chelsea and were greeted by Joey. We explained our furniture style and shared photos. Although the showroom was more modern than what we have, Joey was able to select chairs and fabric that would work. Had an excellent experience with Calligari's Chelsea in purchasing a sofa bed. Richard our salesperson was very helpful and provided great customer service as he was knowledgeable and timely in all interactions. He remembered our visit and knew what we liked.
I have never written a review before but the level of service I received at Calligaris so far exceeded any reasonable expectations that it could not go unrecognized. Every single employee, Joey, Nuri, David in the warehouse and the two men who provided white glove delivery, went above and beyond what I would consider to be their job duties.
