I work for a nationwide company called Blusky Restoration. I came in today and was greeted by Donna or Tonny (didn’t have a card) anyway, he looked at the trim I needed and said it was an order item and he could probably get it to me tomorrow. Great I said. I will get the measurements I need for linear footage and call you with payment. The project is in Navasota I was dismissed. I went into store today to get information on an item. Unfortunately the store did not have it. My husband and I run a small business so lumber stores is our go to. But to my surprise what I observed and experienced today was different. I understand you may not have an item but to not show any interest and just say “ we don’t have it. Plus all that extra description we don’t carry it.” Second if you’re getting on to your crew I don’t want to see or hear it. So needless to say, I felt dismissed.
