Worst customer service ever, actually no customer service. My husband and I along with our niece and her husband booked a South American cruise with Cliff. My husband and I had a family emergency 3 days into our cruise. Cliff did not return our calls, did not assist with changing plane reservations, did not help with obtaining a refund (we did have insurance) from the cruise ship.
