Very unprofessional. Very poor communication. Hired them to contest a citation over 4 years ago and it still has not been resolved despite numerous attempts on my end and almost no communication from them. They sent me a copy of a single email that they sent to the court and said that was all they could do. I asked them to refund my money so I could just pay the fine. They didn't do that either and I ended up having to pay the fine anyway. By hiring this law firm I doubled the cost of the citation. I have hired other lawyers... read more
NO ONE EVER STOPPED PAYING. Your office declared the contract fulfilled and complete and to go any further would require a new contract and retainer. Warning- No concern for you or your well being-just fattening his bank account. Respondents attorney said “it’s pretty common knowledge that when Cody’s name is listed as council- for the other side-99% of the time we get what we want-hands down -. No worry about negotiating”. Don’t answer their phone and keep in contact with you. EDIT: To respond to what they said below They say the outcome of the case was in my favor, not really. I paid for a lawyer to reduce a traffic violation which they were unable to do. All they did was take my money, waste my time, and give me a reduced ticket price that didn’t come close the price that they costed for representation.
