BUYER BEWARE OF CALLAGY!! I had my truck wheels/tires balanced noticing it does not ride any better after. Then I noticed all my old wheel weights are still on the wheels and Mike added more to them. I called Mike and he stated they leave the old wheel weights on when they balance it then add more weights where needed. I told Mike wrong, the correct way to balance is to remove all OLD wheel weights first then balance it putting new weights where needed. We were sold $800 worth of tires we did not need. Our original tires had less than 25,000 miles on a 2016 vehicle. We fell for the scare tactic Greg used - "We won't touch these tires." We are long term customers. It did not matter. The customer service and our trust is gone. Will never go back again.
