Roy did a great job driving us around Fairbanks! He was very communicative and accommodating, even when our train was over an hour late. His car is very clean. I lost my wedding ring on our first day in Fairbanks and he looked through his whole car and managed to find it, which made my day! I would definitely recommend Roy.
Call Roy if you need a ride in Fairbanks! We called him Mr. Reliable on our stay for our anniversary. Roy made this trip a very special memory with his exceptional service and the conversations we enjoyed together during our rides. If Uber or Lift stranded you, call Roy!
They were able to pick me up from the airport in the middle of a snowstorm and my first driver Dale was the absolute best, gave me good advice for food and tours and got me to my hotel safe, he deserves 5 stars. However my second driver taking me back to the airport a few days later doesn’t, didn’t call to confirm pickup and when he showed up he was slurring his words and swaying, he also was going minimum 10 over the speed limit in his car that was flashing saying there wasn’t any traction. We called and Roy picked us up within 10 minutes in a very nice, clean vehicle. Roy himself was very nice and great to chat with. He brought us home safely and we highly recommend his business.
Roy deserves a 5-star rating for his taxi and tour services.We arrived at Fairbanks without any tour reservations because of flight uncertainties with hope that the hotel guys can recommend to us somebody who can drive us to Chena Hot Springs, as rental cars are sold out for the duration of our three-day stay. And, voila we got Roy providing us the best tour service.
