My family used call on Clare for my Great aunty for the past few weeks and we cannot fault them. Every single nurse that came, felt like family. They were so respectful, so kind and took care of my aunty like she was their own. Our family have cared for parents at home until 98 in the case of our dad and our mother has turned 96 in May 2025. 2024 we terminated Home Instead and moved to Call On Clare. Home Instead managers were not receptive to any adverse feedback and actually quite abusive in receiving it at times - nor willing to embrace and cooperate with family care that had existed for 20 years. We are using Call on Clare for the first time for my father. I cannot fault anything about the carers who have been every day to help my father. The attention to detail and genuine care they are taking is providing us with so much peace of mind while my mother recovers in hospital. My father is content and looks forward to their visits. We receive a written report of how the time was used after every visit as well. If you need help in this area I would make them my first call as they are outstanding
