120% recommend having "Call on Clare" as part of your support Team. When my father was sick and needed additional personal care, social support, transport, advocacy etc. either within his home or an aged care environment it was a very overwhelming journey for me being on the otherside of the world and my family and as soon as we engaged the services of Call on Clare we felt 120% supported. We are so grateful to have had two wonderful nurses assist us through the final few nights of our stepfather's end of life journey. Michelle and Erin provided us with respite through the final three nights, allowing us to get some rest and be better equiped to care for him through the day. Call on Clare provided us with much needed assistance at home for our mother over her final weeks. We used the overnight inactive sleepover service which worked well for her needs. We would particularly like to thank Hittomi and Fenty, some of the lovely carers who provided mum with such comfort and care over her final days.

I used Call on Clare to ferry me to and from Hospital for day surgery and was glad I did. My carer was a great guy and knew exactly what I needed, particularly after surgery when I was woozy and hungry. Definitely recommend.
