I have nothing but good things to say about Call on Clare. They have helped me and my mother through a difficult time, and they have been extremely responsive to requests and feedback throughout the journey. It truly is a tailored service with amazing support - choice of carers, etc. As a result of all their efforts, I recently increased the frequency of my mother's appointments with them from fortnightly to weekly; that's just how much I trust Call on Clare.

120% recommend having "Call on Clare" as part of your support Team. We are so grateful to have had two wonderful nurses assist us through the final few nights of our stepfather's end of life journey.
