Avoid this place. On a Monday evening the two ladies working here are more interested in their phones and mocking customers than actually helping them. Their obnoxious, nonstop laughing and mean-spirited comments about people's looks create a toxic atmosphere. Zero greeting and zero service. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a retail space. Staff is always helpful.
James was helping me out yesterday at Londonderry Mall and he was so knowledgeable and easy to approach. He gave me recommendations as I can’t choose which one to get and with his help I was able to get the right fit and style for me! Overall, I felt at home with his very professional and bubbly personality. Thank you James!
