Bought a pair of sandals only wore for few hours and got bruised. Went there to do an exchange or refund on even a gift card. Sales associate refused it and gave me number to contact customer service. I contacted customer service even they said it’s not possible. Basic customer service standard like greeting, checking on customers need and just basic polite communication are missing. They do not have 9.5 and I mentioned i used to work in the shoe industry, the girl replied, "you should have known they dont make size 9.5". Please train these staff.

Really disappointing behaviour of the customer service at the store - highly condescending, doesnt help get the shoe size at all, 2 indian girls launghing and giggling behind the counter, wont help at all , let alone having the basic decency to respond to a customer - I had to make a $200 purchase because I was in a rush and couldnt go to metrotown but I wont ever go there again - such a distaste. I would have given a 0 star rating if it was possible, really pathetic experience wouldn’t recommend and some please train these ... read more
