Really disappointing behaviour of the customer service at the store - highly condescending, doesnt help get the shoe size at all, 2 indian girls launghing and giggling behind the counter, wont help at all , let alone having the basic decency to respond to a customer - I had to make a $200 purchase because I was in a rush and couldnt go to metrotown but I wont ever go there again - such a distaste. I had a very disappointing first experience at this Call It Spring location. I ordered the Shia heels during the Black Friday sale for about $22 and went to pick them up on December 11. The pair I ordered was too tight, so I simply wanted to exchange them for the same heels in silver, same style, in size 8.5 — which were also marked on sale. I went to the store today the item was displayed at $36.98 and 1 was at $49.98 but when i went to checkout counter the cashier said it was 59.99 for it when i asked her she said it was on black friday and the didn’t change it so i think they should update everything properly because its been almost week to Black Friday now so customers doesn’t feel cheated and waste their time.
