Poor customer service with online order to store. Customer service at this store never answers the phone. My order was supposed to be cancelled and I never recieved a confirmation or refund. I had to call the main customer service line in order for them to process it.
I bought a pair of heels but I just tried them at home and my feet were painful right after that. But when I went back to the store to return them they behaved in a way as if I have worn them outside. And she was checking the shoes again and again and it was very disrespectful and I wont try buying shoes from them again. I also wanted to return the foot cushion but they said it is was not returnable, however they didn’t inform me at first place. I want to warn everyone about Call It Spring. The quality of their shoes is unbelievably poor—it is an absolute scam. I spent hundreds of dollars buying footwear for myself and my family, and everything ended up in the trash after less than three months of use. Boots, sneakers... everything is completely garbage.
