I had great service and enjoyed their selection, but just two months later my shoe is falling apart. Very disappointed
They seem to not answer phones ever at this location after multiple attempts on varying days and times. First couple times my call was rejected after about 4 seconds, today it just rang for about a minute before it timing out. 3 starts because in store service has usually been good, just a shame I need to now travel 30 mins to ask a simple question :/
Today this very lovely girl named Allie helped me. So sweet and attentive. I was a bit rushed but she was very patient and had amazing product knowledge. 10/10 cxr service. Side note: i was also helped a while ago by a young man named... Badar I believe and he was also a jem. This location rly does great with giving 1on1 cxr service.
Went to look for some boots yesterday around 1pm and Jo was super helpful :)) She was very kind and attentive and gave me some good suggestions with which boots to wear. Thank you Jo!!
