I had a terrible experience at this location. I came in to exchange a pair of shoes after being explicitly instructed by the South Common location that I would only need to pay a $2 difference. All I was doing was swapping the exact same shoe for a different color. However, the store manager refused to honor that and demanded I pay an extra $15, claiming the promotion had ended. Very disappointing customer service and lack of consistency between stores.
I went in and got a killer deal on shoes. Mirabelle helped me out and she was really sweet.
I had a wonderful experience at Call It Spring thanks to Mirabel, the Assistant Store Manager (ASM). She was extremely helpful, professional, and patient when assisting me with replacing my heels. Mirabel made the process smooth and hassle-free, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the exchange. Her excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you, Mirabel🤗. I highly recommend this store because of the outstanding service she provides.
Poor aftersales. Very rude and not helpful. We tried to return today ( june 4) . A white and black salesladies. Avoid this store which only after with sales. If I could give 0 star Iwould!!!!
