Shoes are terrible quality, bought in the fall and didn't wear over the winter, and these still fell apart. $100 shoes shouldn't need to be repaired after 3 months of wear. Can't refund or return as it's out of their policy. Don't waste your money, get Vionics or something that will last. I've had to repair both shoes in the pair, and they just start lifting away from the soles somewhere else.

Purchased a pair of shoes online and picked them up in store at this location. I hated them so I chose a different pair and bought an additional pair. When I got home I decided to return one pair and when I got to the store the associate told me I brought the wrong box. She told me not to worry about it and refunded me anyways. Now when I went to return the second pair with the indirect box they would not accept it. I spent 45 mins showing then emails and credit cards and statements and they were not able to refund me. I had such a great experience at Call It Spring thanks to Bec. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right pair instead of just making a sale. She gave honest suggestions, knew the products really well, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes out of her way to make customers feel comfortable and confident. If you are shopping here, ask for Bec, she is amazing at what she does.

I went in looking for a pair of work shoes and left with two pairs instead. The woman working was lovely and she told me her name is Jordan, so shout out to her for being so helpful and kind. :)
