⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Miranda! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Miranda helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes and also found a beautiful matching purse that I absolutely love. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Her positive attitude and warm smile made a big difference, and we truly appreciated her help. Like the other reviews said, the portly blond manager is extremely rude. We went in trying on shoes today and an associate put a pair on hold for us. When we came back less than an hour later and asked the manager who was behind the counter for them she said they hadn't been put on hold. We told her which style and size and she went and found them. We tried them on again and asked for them to be put on hold.
