Limited heels selection. Managed to find a cute pair. Apparently you get student discount with SPC. I am not aware of how the SPC system works. So I asked Brianah, who was checking my heels out for me if they were somehow able to see if I had a membership (again, wasn’t sure how it worked). She passive aggressively told me that only I can check it on my email and that’s for me to figure out (again, I can’t emphasize on the tone enough. Order arrived to tue store 2 days ago and they never informed me till I called the store after 9 attempts to inform me that my order is ready for pick up since 2 days ago. Staff told me that I receive an email when order is ready for pickup but nothing happened.
Very rude staff
Picked up my online order from this store today and was happy with it. The sales rep (Asian lady) attended me and gave me my order very quick.
