Came here yesterday to purchase some back to school shoes with my daughter. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. The staff members were staring at us constantly as we were the only customers in the store, but never asked us if we needed anything. Went up to one of the girls working to ask for a size to try on, and she was extremely snappy with me to the point my daughter asked if we could just leave. After reading previous reviews from this establishment, I most definitely won't be back.
Rudest people i’ve ever interacted with. I’m a manager of a high end retail store myself, and this location is just disgusting for the customer service. Chinook is lovely. Very bad service!
Customer service sucks they wouldn’t leave their till or look up at you if you need help. I don’t know who does the hiring process but the hiring manager needs to be fired too.
I stumbled upon this store without suspecting how terrible and disrespectful they treat customers here. Two employees, a girl and a guy, paid no attention to customers, including me. They laughed at the whole store, and not only that, but until you call out and bow to their majesties, they won't even say "hello" to you.
