Rudest people i’ve ever interacted with. I’m a manager of a high end retail store myself, and this location is just disgusting for the customer service. Chinook is lovely. Southcentre… Never been treated worse in my life than here. From the second you walk in they are JUDGING YOU. It’s insane, you can feel their judgement. The way you look, walk, speak. Customer service sucks they wouldn’t leave their till or look up at you if you need help. I don’t know who does the hiring process but the hiring manager needs to be fired too.

I stumbled upon this store without suspecting how terrible and disrespectful they treat customers here. Two employees, a girl and a guy, paid no attention to customers, including me. They laughed at the whole store, and not only that, but until you call out and bow to their majesties, they won't even say "hello" to you. I understand that you may be having a difficult day or are in a bad mood, but that is no reason to behave this way toward customers. Find not bad shoes, although no-name, but they were good models.
