I had such a great experience at Call It Spring today, all thanks to Taslima. She was working alone in the store and still managed to be incredibly patient, attentive, and kind. She helped me find the right sizes, checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing, and even gave me thoughtful feedback on which styles suited me best. Bad service reviews below 0 girls don't care whether a customer has come or not neither hello or hi no smile both the girls went to the back side and started gossiping it did not matter to them whether the customer needed something or not 👎

Absolutely worst customer service out there. Staff don’t talk to customers, don’t offer help with shoe sizing which is bizzarre considering it’s a shoe store. Basically felt like I had to pester an employee for sizing as she rolled her eyes to go fetch me some shoes. Worst call it spring location hands down.

Absolutely horrible horrible location and experience with the two ladies talking behind the counter the ENTIRE TIME. never once greeted us or asked if we needed a size. despite going to the counter asking for sizing, extremely rude, snarky and seemed bothered that we “interrupted their important conversation” about their weekend plans.
