Poor customer service - the associate fully mistaken all the colours and sizes for one boot type I asked then ditched me without notice and the cashier could not care to take the boxes when J brought them as she was on her phone
I typically wouldn’t write a review like this but here we are. The interaction between me and the employee (cashier) was fine but just didn’t sit well with me as I left. I went into the store today to return a pair of shoes I ordered online. I had the box and receipt with me. The employee asked “what email did you use to make the purchase?” I told her thinking it was some sort of confirmation procedure with returns. Shopped at the store this past Saturday afternoon and my mom and I were very impressed with how lovely the staff was. Found shoes for my sister’s graduation on sale at a very reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and even my mom suggested I make a review. Thank you so much and we will be returning customers!
Visited the store on a weekday. I was looking for a specific type of sandal and a specific size. None of the employees greeted or even acknowledged. Terrible customer service! After searching the store for about 10 mins, went to the Sales Associate, and she did not take any efforts and clearly stated that the store did not have much stock. Extremely Disappointed with the customer service!!
Jayden at the Pen Centre location was so helpful, friendly and welcoming my friend and I had a great experience shopping for shoes here!!!
