Came in to look at shoes for a wedding. Decent selection but the two sales staff ignored me in favour of chatting with each other. After 5 minutes with no offer of help, I left.
I visited the call it spring on Sunday with my girlfriend recently to try on some heels. We were unsure about the right size and needed proper assistance. The store assistant (a young Caucasian woman) was helping us, but when she handed over a pair of heels, she visibly rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful way. This kind of attitude was completely unprofessional and made us both feel unwelcome and judged while we were simply trying to find the right fit. Aaliyaha and Maddy made my first visit to Call It Spring such a great experience! I went in near closing time and already knew what I wanted, and Aaliyaha was incredibly helpful in making sure I picked the perfect choice.
