Aaliyaha and Maddy made my first visit to Call It Spring such a great experience! I went in near closing time and already knew what I wanted, and Aaliyaha was incredibly helpful in making sure I picked the perfect choice. She quickly went over the sizing, knew exactly where to grab everything from the back and got us in and out in under 5 minutes without making us feel rushed at all. Worst customer service by the half naked employee working at Southgate Spring at around 12:00 noon, receipt says “Ocean” not sure if that’s her name. Gives attitude, brutal communication skills, talked to me with her hands like I’m incompetent. Use your words. To add, doesn’t even ask if I’m okay to purchase the display pair of shoes, she just grabs them from the shelf and starts boxing them up (I’ve worked retail customer service, you always ask) so of course I had to ask if she could order me a new pair instead. I came here recently and felt Disappointed by the employee that was working previously I’ve come in here and had the sweetest kindest people working, but this time I was helped by Lizzie as it says on my receipt and she literally didn’t even wanna look my way when I walked in. I visited the store today at 7.:34 and was completely ignored by a staff member. The store was not busy there were only two customers. She focused on the other person and did not greet me, acknowledge me, or even look at me. I stood waiting for quite some time because I genuinely wanted to make a purchase. I expected at least some attention once she finished, but I felt deliberately ignored. This experience ruined my day.
