very bad customer service. visit 2-3 time there was ling line up and they deal with one customer 1-2 hours and ignore rest of people. Have more staff of more skills like how to deal with customers.
I bought these boots from here and honestly this is my first pair since I was told how great they were and these boots are the best, I can wear them all day and the price was good. I was helped by (Nitish) and in my personal opinion gave my wife and I great customer service with his up beat personality. I would go back when I want to buy another pair of boots or business shoes.

Spencer at the till was so helpful and nice. They helped me find some cheap, good looking boots to replace my falling apart walmart sneakers.
