The customer service was honestly abysmal, specifically involving that one lady with glasses and orange hair. I understand the struggles of working at a busy retail company as I do myself. But that does not justify bad behaviour. The employees at the South Centre location are much more pleasant by a landslide. Do better.

Other stores had a 15% off promotional discount when you sign up for the newsletter, this store decided not to have it. They say they accept SPC but require a Student ID, ive never needed to show my ID anytime ive used SPC. Just tried every possible way to make me pay full price. I went to this store because they were the only ones that had the shoes I needed in stock or else I would've walked out. Better off shipping at another store.
The white slim lady so rude
I went in today to find heels for my graduation, and I was nervous because I’m a size 10/11. The staff was SO accommodating and helpful, I tried on like 9 pairs of shoes and I never felt like I was in the way or an inconvenience. The staff was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made a lowkey stressful decision so so easy. Thank you so much to the 2 girls working there 🥲❤️❤️ I will absolutely be returning for more purchases.
