I recently came to the Call It Spring Pickering location and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience. The staff there was so helpful and insightful in helping me find a pair of shoes for an event. I appreciate how patient and kind the associates were in helping me. Amazing customer service, 10/10!!
No manager/supervisor at this location, so the employees think they can treat customers rudely. Tried to initiate a refund of an unused item and it turns into me trying to talk to one physical employee in the store, she tries to push me off to speaking with a manager on the phone at Fairview Mall (again no leadership in this useless location). I’m very please with this location every phone call inquiries or questions regarding a product this store answers quickly and is very patient with the inquiry I spoke to a lady I don’t have her name but the customer services is 10 out of 10. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism and patience very kindness. Regarding shoes this store has the best prices for the selection that they have it’s really good really good deals.
