Would give it a zero if possible. Customer service was horrible. Went in to get a pair of heels, bought, but when returned home saw there was something on the bottom of the shoe gum(?) and the size also wasn't good, went back not even a hour later and asked them if I could get a exchange or store credit for it, as it was final sale but No. is all I got and the sales person and manger were very rude about it as well, having to pay for a dirty shoe and not even able to get a exchange on it. Makes sense they're closing down.

Was literally the worst retail customer service experience I've ever had. The counter girl was having a serious hen sesh with a friend, didn't acknowledge me, offer assistance and after holding a shoe while browsing for several minutes, I turned, sighed, made eye contact and she responded with "I'm sorry"....um what? I'll stick to online thanks.
Fabulous store that carries fabulous shoes & bags. Nice employees & reasonable prices! Highly recommend
