DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Extremely disappointing experience at the Bramalea City Centre location. I went in to exchange an online order that had been delivered only two days earlier because the sandals were slightly tight and I needed a different size. Despite explaining this and showing proof of delivery, I was immediately told the shoes were “worn” and could not be exchanged. Bought a shoes from here shoes was dirty i told her need new she said we only have last one i bought it for my brother when i came to home there is a size issue i came back after 2 hour for return there is a another lady she refused to take it she said its used they are lying please dnt go to that store
