We bought heels from them which was last piece from the shelf. I asked them to clean it before selling it but they only cleaned bottom of heels only. I asked them again to clean inside but refused to do it. It was urgent for my wife to buy that heel but If we had more days, I would not buy it from here. Extremely poor customer service.
Avoid this store if you can. Rude and incompetent employees that stand around talking. They don’t greet you and are annoyed when you ask for help getting a size. I asked for the name of one girl that was rather rude and was told they can’t give out names. Every store you shop at the employee’s has a name tag. I find it strange Call it Spring employees don’t have name tags and don’t give their names so you can’t hold them accountable.
I asked this tall light-skin girl with curly hair for help and she was rude and impatient. Its not like she was doing anything, I dont understand why they dont get that at retail customer servicing is the pivotal role. I purchased shoes and a bag, then she got nice all of a sudden. Why not be nice from the start? Like all I did was ask you for help - which is your job.
