Girl with specs has zero attitude on how to talk to customers. Absolutely no manners, no welcoming nature, and no basic customer service skills. Because of her behavior, I will never come to this place again. This was a terrible experience. Staff like this ruin a business. She seriously needs to learn basic ethics, respect, and how to speak properly to people. Completely unacceptable.

Call It Spring has always been my go-to store for shoes, and I’ve loved shopping here in the past. But during my recent visit, I was really disappointed. There were three store associates present when I walked in, yet no one greeted me or acknowledged me at all. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I couldn’t help but wonder if I was being judged based on my appearance—whether it was my clothes or my color . I expected better customer service, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long. Disappointing experience.
The service today was absolutely terrible. The two ladies at the store were rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained in basic customer interaction. One took the shoes I was ready to buy and walked off without a word. The other demanded I say “please” before I could even pay — as if I was begging. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. If this is how you treat paying customers, don’t be surprised when people stop coming.
I went there to return a pair of shoes but the two girls at the counter were very rude and disrespecting. They don't know how to deal with customers and behave well. Not going to this location anymore. You lost my business with your behaviour.
