Very unprofessional experience. I had a disappointing experience at this store. There was an associate women tall and chubby working today before store closing time. she was quite unhelpful and seemed very judgmental. I asked for a size 8 in four different pairs of sandals, and for every pair, I was told that my size was not available. However, when I checked online afterward, I found that the sizes were actually available. I dont want to give even single star the sales girl she was not interested in returning my product and was ignoring and giving silly excuses very rude and very bad experience
Zaara was such an amazing help. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair of heels. Love the pair she helped me pick out
Poor customer service. Won't come back here or any of the other stores.
