On 11/9/2026 I bought a pair of shoes from them. When I got home, I tried them on, and they weren't my size. The next day I took my shoes and went to the store. Asked one of their employees for an exchange for the proper size. She refused, but their receipt clearly states they allow 100% returns and exchanges. I hope the City of Calgary takes action against such fraudsters and I hope their store gets closed.
Worst customer service, very rude.
Very disappointed honestly not recommended at all. I visited sunridge call it spring today evening and the lady was extremely rude. Very disrespectful tone and didn’t help at all.
My new boots were in their box and when I took them out after 1 month. They were like this🥹 I don't know what to use, I really tried everything.
Person is working by him self and helping each person with %100 energy mark
