Went in here to pick up an online order 4 days after ordering just for it to not be there?? Seems like an employee gave away my order which was a huge inconvenience. Nonetheless, the two gals who were in did try their best to figure out what went wrong and I appreciate that.
I bought a pair of men’s dress shoes, gladly Tayjah was the associate helping me! She recommended different styles, best fitting to the event I am attending. She has very excellent customer service skills. I definitely will be back again. Thanks again.
