I went to this store today Saturday June 6 around 1:24 at Fairview mall location , there was a girl with green eyes and had blonde hair she looked at me and didn’t even welcome me or smile or anything even she standing there doing nothing she just looked at me so weird and when another girl came she welcomed her and asked if she needed help just because I have hijab !? I went here for a store pickup and honestly had a really great experience. The staff were very kind, and welcoming, and they handled the pickup process smoothly. The atmosphere felt clean and well put together, which made the shopping experience even nicer. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit and I would definitely come back again.
I had a great experience at the Spring store in Fairview Mall on March 5 around 5:20 pm. The sales associate was incredibly helpful and really took the time to help me find the right pair of shoes. I have a difficult foot to fit, but she patiently tried different options and was very kind and supportive throughout the process. Thank you so much for your help! I will definitely come back to this store again.
