Thank you to the manager Samantha for helping me with my issue when customer service did not. I ordered a shoe online at the store and was having issues with FedEx delivery. After an awful phone call with customer service representative Kimberly, which ended in her hanging up on me. Thankfully, Samantha took the time in order to help me with my issue, contacted FedEx, and had things resolved in about 10 minutes or less. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The shoes were purchased from this store as a gift, and I came in with the gift receipt to exchange them for a different size/style. The shoes were brand new and had never been worn. Despite having a valid gift receipt, the staff refused the exchange simply because I didn’t have the original shoe box. Went in here to pick up an online order 4 days after ordering just for it to not be there?? Seems like an employee gave away my order which was a huge inconvenience. Nonetheless, the two gals who were in did try their best to figure out what went wrong and I appreciate that.
I bought a pair of men’s dress shoes, gladly Tayjah was the associate helping me! She recommended different styles, best fitting to the event I am attending. She has very excellent customer service skills. I definitely will be back again. Thanks again.
