I had such a bad experience with the assistant manager. I think his name is Kerry. Bought a pair of shoe from them and when tried them at home, they were toght and hurting me and the quality was as cheap and bad as it could be. When i tried to return the shoe, i was not welcome at all. The attitude towards me was bad and the return was not accepted. I don’t recommend this store.
Very bad customer service! I came in to get my reserved shoes and before i could say there was another one, the girl had already left. And when she gave it to me, i asked for the second reservation she then told me next time to tell her at the same time and suddenly left. I apologized but she had already walked away. Then when i was paying, she put the receipt in the shoe box and when i asked for it she told me ‘you can grab it in the box!’ And just started walking away again.
