Very bad customer service! I came in to get my reserved shoes and before i could say there was another one, the girl had already left. And when she gave it to me, i asked for the second reservation she then told me next time to tell her at the same time and suddenly left. I apologized but she had already walked away. Then when i was paying, she put the receipt in the shoe box and when i asked for it she told me ‘you can grab it in the box!’ And just started walking away again. Carrie was absolutely amazing today!!! She helped me find a stunning purse along with beautiful shoes to go with my outfit for a special occasion, I left feeling super happy and confident with my purchase and would definitely recommend her help for any situation!
Worst customer service. We bought a show for my daughter after coming home and trying she realized it's tight on her. My Husband and daughter went to exchange the size we lost receipt and provided credit card and gift card to pull information they said because it's wore they can't pull from system which is madness how you can pull a receipt on system because shoe is wore once.
