The staff was rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no willingness to help they just ignore you
Visited the store today and needed help with the size. Looked twice at the lady at the cashier she ignored me twice. She clearly knew I needed help but still looked away. Bad customer service. Please hire good staff. This is not helping anyone.

I visited this shoe store today around 7:30 PM, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The female sales associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and her tone was dismissive and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unacceptable in a retail environment. Because of this behavior, I will not be returning and do not recommend this store to others.
Rude, Unprofessional Staff I tried on a pair of shoes and asked if I could buy a new, unworn pair in the same style and size. The shoes I tried looked like they had been worn by other customers, which I wasn’t comfortable with. When I brought this up, the sales associate, Alisha, said that “all” shoes in the store are worn by other customers.
