Went in today to get shoes and was helped by Jana who was super friendly and fast, I was in and out within 5 minutes thanks to her help. The manager was also very nice!
Only if I could give 0 stars I would. Staff on April 28 around 6pm was extremely unprofessional. As I walked in the girl was talking loud to the male worker in the store. She saw me but continued her chat with him. She didnt feel the need to greet the me. The male staff member was still a bit professional than her. But she is giggling, laughing and skipping around the store talking to him from one corner to another. I needed to do a complicated return today and the sales associate Kylie was very kind and patient. Kylie helped find a receipt i lost a few days ago and I was able to exchange my shoes for the right size. Overall she provided very good customer service and she was lovely to chat with.
In the past two days I have been to the store twice, once I was helped by Mattiie and the next day by Nicholas. They were both extremely helpful and kind, they let me try on a bunch of shoes. Mattiie kindly helped me find the right size and put the product on hold for me till I could come back and buy it. Nicholas helped me try on multiple shoes and sizes even though it was an hour before closing and was super patient. He even offered me different shoe cushions and grips that could help with walking. 10/10 service from both ... read more
