Worst service ever! It's the whole company itself.
We came in to browse at the sandals the early evening of July 29, 2026 and whoever the sales girl was on at that time was very welcoming and friendly. Upon us coming in and the store and it was quite busy she still took the time to smile at us, greeted us and said "Welcome in", not one other shoe store sales person did that and we went in to almost all the shoe stores at Market Mall. Shout out to that sales girl, that's how customer service is done right!
Went in today to get shoes and was helped by Jana who was super friendly and fast, I was in and out within 5 minutes thanks to her help. The manager was also very nice!
Only if I could give 0 stars I would. Staff on April 28 around 6pm was extremely unprofessional. As I walked in the girl was talking loud to the male worker in the store. She saw me but continued her chat with him. She didnt feel the need to greet the me. The male staff member was still a bit professional than her. But she is giggling, laughing and skipping around the store talking to him from one corner to another.
