Very bad experience the smell was so unbelievably bad that it completely killed my experience. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, caught a whiff, and genuinely forgot why I was even there. It was that bad. Personal hygiene clearly needs to become a priority because customers shouldn’t have to deal with an overpowering smell just to be in the same place. I ended up leaving in disgust. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is probably the worst store I’ve ever shopped at. They give you wrong information as well as not answer their phones. I have been calling for an hour and 40 minutes and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I was in store on Friday August 14th looking for a pair of heels and when I found one that I liked they said they couldn’t find the box with the other heel, so I told them I needed a pair urgently for the 22nd of August and thank you for the help, as I was leaving they insisted that I order online promising that ... read more

Bought dress shoes from this store. Wore them once, the soles melted from touching the pavement. They refused to give me a refund and head office wouldnt help either. They said there was nothing they could do. Terrible quality shoes, Terrible customer service. Don't shop at this store or company. Not worth the money they charge for the garbage they sell.

The short guy with glasses who claims to be management has absolutely horrible service and provided FALSE information. All I wanted to do was exchange the size of a pair of shoes I got during a promo. I asked for it to be picked up in store so I can avoid shipping costs. As the associate was doing the transaction for me, he comes over and says the order total needs to be $50. Was here this weekend and the shoes and associates were amazing. But I’m assuming based on other reviews this was the manager, when I went to cash out he kept trying to upsell me unnecessary shoe care products. After saying I don’t need any of them, he kept pushing other products I didn’t want. Then when I asked for the receipt he gave me so much attitude. Also the store had a very foul smell, which was very unpleasant. 5 stars for the girl actually helping me tho.
