Bought dress shoes from this store. Wore them once, the soles melted from touching the pavement. They refused to give me a refund and head office wouldnt help either. They said there was nothing they could do. Terrible quality shoes, Terrible customer service. Don't shop at this store or company. Not worth the money they charge for the garbage they sell.
The short guy with glasses who claims to be management has absolutely horrible service and provided FALSE information. All I wanted to do was exchange the size of a pair of shoes I got during a promo. I asked for it to be picked up in store so I can avoid shipping costs. As the associate was doing the transaction for me, he comes over and says the order total needs to be $50. Was here this weekend and the shoes and associates were amazing. But I’m assuming based on other reviews this was the manager, when I went to cash out he kept trying to upsell me unnecessary shoe care products. After saying I don’t need any of them, he kept pushing other products I didn’t want. Then when I asked for the receipt he gave me so much attitude. Also the store had a very foul smell, which was very unpleasant. 5 stars for the girl actually helping me tho.
I never leave Google reviews but Ariana was amazing!! She was so warm when I was asking her about heels. It was my first time trying heels and I usually have a very uncomfortable experience looking for heels as a man but she made me feel so welcome. She brought out so many pairs of shoes and even though we went right before closing... she had a great attitude and seemed very happy to be there. Can't stress enough how amazing she is!!
This store was so lovely and welcoming! Ariana helped me find my dream shoes and she was such a delight to be around!! She made the whole experience so lovely and I can’t wait to come back!
