Personally love the shoes here and the staff are always fun and friendly. Especially today, you can tell the girls working are hard working and care about their customers.
Very disappointed. When I initially purchased the shoes, the staff were extremely attentive and eager to make the sale. However, when I returned to ask about exchanging them for a different size, as I tried them on at home and they were slightly too snug, the experience was completely different. A manager shouldn’t be speaking to customers as if I’m not present. It comes across as unprofessional. Strong customer service skills are essential, and that should be demonstrated before stepping into a management role.
Stopped by Call It Spring at Conestoga Mall just for a quick look… and walked out with bags full 😄 They’ve got a great selection right now — fashion pieces, party-wear sandals, and men’s shoes all on seasonal sale. Most items were already under 20% off, plus an extra 10% on top, which made it hard to resist. Big shoutout to Cindy for the amazing customer service! Very disappointed. I tried to return shoe 4 days after purchase. I did not wear them outside—only tried them in-store, which is completely normal. The manager refused the return, claimed they were worn, and gave explanations that made no sense instead of clearly explaining the policy. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with no effort to help or resolve the issue. This is terrible customer service. I will never shop here again and do not recommend this store.
