the lady working yesterday at around 5pm (may 25) that had long dark brunette hair, leopard print heels, beige phone strap around her waist, wearing all black with gold jewellery was very unpleasant to be around. the tone she spoke to a group of customers when they were asking for a couple sizes was insanely rude. meanwhile, completely ignoring us as we had to wait for her to finish talking to her friends, not coworkers, friends who were there with a cat that she spent more time attending to than customers. she was also laug... read more

Apparently the store is on the first floor... they moved 3 years ago... u got my sale but only on quality alone. Yall suck. Walked for 30mins to find the store. Waste of time. The store is one the first floor ladies and gentlemen... these people are lazzzzyyyy... mind you; I am currently disabled and can barely walk.
Pretty disappointing experience. My wedding is in August, and I was shopping for wedding shoes. I bought a pair that I liked but was on the fence because the heel wasn’t very thick. I later found a better pair and returned within the 30 day window, only to be told the bottoms were “too worn” to accept the return even though I never wore them. Dont know why all the haters from Walmart give this place a bad review. Shoes are great, and the staff even better. Any business would be blessed to have a worker and manager like Jaden, shes loyal to he brand and a hard worker. You can tell her level of care simply by the choice of staff members she hired for her location. I remember when she used to work at the Southside store and was always super friendly and helpful. Congrats on your years of success with the brand. May you have many more years of greatness.
