Very bad service throughout, I still ended up buying two pairs of shoes. When I asked for a bag for them (after paying), she told me it’s $2 for a bag. Never buying shoes from this greedy corporation again.
I had a disappointing experience at this store. I had a few pairs of shoes beside me while I was deciding which ones I liked best. An employee named Jayden came over and took all of the shoes away without asking or explaining the store policy. I understand that the store may have a rule about trying on only one pair of shoes at a time, but this was never communicated to me in a polite manner. the lady working yesterday at around 5pm (may 25) that had long dark brunette hair, leopard print heels, beige phone strap around her waist, wearing all black with gold jewellery was very unpleasant to be around. the tone she spoke to a group of customers when they were asking for a couple sizes was insanely rude. meanwhile, completely ignoring us as we had to wait for her to finish talking to her friends, not coworkers, friends who were there with a cat that she spent more time attending to than customers. she was also laug... read more
