Out of 8 pairs of shoes I was interested in, they only had 3 different shoe sizes - 7, 12, 13.. really?! Even my partner was unable to find sandals in her size. I hate to sound rude but the store front and lack of stock gives the impression that bankruptcy is right around the corner.
The associate Malin was very helpful as I was not able to find a lot of shoes in size 14 but she was able to help me order a pair . I just received them to my house and they are perfect
Worst customer service experience EVER. I was trying to buy a bag and needed help however the sales associate was looking at her phone all the time and didn’t bother to ask if I need help or say hi at least when I walked in. Never ever again. I get why they have bad reviews because of YOUR RUDE employees that’s it.
The staff was really rude. I went to return something that i purchased online but the girl was giving such weird looks as if she hasn’t returned anything in her life! please hire people who are polite and humble! And knows how to provide customer service!
Staff was so rude and unprofessional. Just giving a weird look to all the customers and not helping at all
