I don’t usually have the best time shopping here, but It’s always a great experience with Cheyanne. Cheyanne helps me find the sizes I need, colours, alternatives, and more, all with patience. It’s nice to be treated kindly, especially as someone who can feel anxious with employees when shopping. I appreciated it. Even though my transactions required countless trial and error, she did it all gracefully. I truly dedicate these 5 stars to an exceptional employee, Cheyanne.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I originally picked a pair of black matte heels in the store. The staff member went to get the other shoe for me, and when I paid at the cash, I trusted that she had given me the correct matching pair. When I went to wear the shoes the next day, I was surprised to discover that the heel was glossy, not matte like the one I had chosen. Since I had a wedding that day, I had no other option. Out of 8 pairs of shoes I was interested in, they only had 3 different shoe sizes - 7, 12, 13.. really?! Even my partner was unable to find sandals in her size. I hate to sound rude but the store front and lack of stock gives the impression that bankruptcy is right around the corner.
The associate Malin was very helpful as I was not able to find a lot of shoes in size 14 but she was able to help me order a pair . I just received them to my house and they are perfect
Worst customer service experience EVER. I was trying to buy a bag and needed help however the sales associate was looking at her phone all the time and didn’t bother to ask if I need help or say hi at least when I walked in. Never ever again. I get why they have bad reviews because of YOUR RUDE employees that’s it.
