I went in to buy some new heels for my up coming birthday. I found a cute pair with a 2 inch heel and on the bottom of the shoe it said $29.99. I went up to the till and they rang up as $62.99, needless to say they priced the shoe wrong, and would not honour the price that was on the bottom. Very upset with this because if it was YOUR fault when pricing the shoes wrong, that’s on you and not me and it should be honoured.

On August 23, 2024, I bought these sneakers for my daughter, and the front of the shoes has completely come unglued. I just went to the counter with the shoes and found the manager. I showed her the shoes, and after looking at them, she said: “The sticker on the sole is gone, so we cannot exchange them.” I responded: “The sticker had to be removed when the shoes were worn.
