Me and my friend were there on Sunday, there was this tall guy he was super nice and had incredible customer service (one of the best that I have ever had) unlike the other worker, she was basically ignoring us when I wanted to ask her about the sizes. So I’m giving 5 stars just for that customer service that we got from that guy. If I could I would give him even more stars!!!

The high heels are not comfortable, and the store won't accept returns for them after few days. I should throw them away
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff member at Call It Spring today was incredibly rude and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was she miserable to me, but I saw her treating another customer the same way. She didn’t offer me any options or solutions when I came in to exchange boots that were just slightly too small. I had driven an hour and a half to the store to get a bigger size, only to be told that the boots were “muddy” and “scuffed” and therefore not return... read more
