That agent named Janelle whom I just got off the phone with was very unprofessional. She rudely interrupted me before I gave the full detailed explanation of which location I was going to, and I replied to her, saying, “Let me finish,” and didn't respectfully rephrase her words. Such unprofessional behavior, I don’t know why the company has someone like that as an agent who doesn't provide a respectful and patient manner to customers like me.

The bus 27 at 6:00am haven’t shown in 2weeks and every time you call about it they give you the runaround like they don’t care that we have a job to get to as well
How disgusting and rude the woman on the other line with my mom. You are to assist the elderly. Unbelievable how you treat the customers. Without customers, you would not have a JOB! I plan on reaching out to corporate!
